What is CPBR?
The Council of Banking Employers in Romania (CPBR) is the only representative employers' organization according to the social dialogue legislation at the level of the Collective Bargaining Sector - "40. Banking Activities".
The Council of Romanian Banking Employers (CPBR) was established as the first employers' organization of the banking sector in Romania on April 28, 2014.
THE LAW OF SOCIAL DIALOGUE
The importance of the organization as an employer structure (compared to professional associations) lies in the fact that according to the law of social dialogue, representative employer and trade union organizations are the only ones guaranteed by law to be consulted by public authorities (Government, Parliament, etc.) in the process of drafting normative and legislative acts.
